  • Leads small to large-sized virtual groups of multi-disciplinary teams of highly-talented professionals

Key Job Duties and Responsibilities

Inward focus:

  • Create business plans for the Healthcare practice focusing on competencies and Go-To-Market strategy;
  • Plan and execute sales strategy to achieve revenue targets;
  • Help build overall sales and branding strategy;
  • Define new Healthcare Technology solutions offerings and sub-practice areas for BrainScale Healthcare practice;
  • Collaborate closely with the project and delivery, sales and accounts team in identifying additional revenue opportunities;
  • Work with Marketing Manager for helping with targeted marketing campaigns- social media, email campaigns, hackathons with Microsoft etc.;
  • Evaluate and mentor project team members on a regular basis and stay abreast of advances in technology;
  • Develop pursuit strategies, hone proposal and pitch materials, and maintain communications with prospective clients, utilizing technical knowledge and experience as needed;

  • 15+ years of progressive IT Industry experience, with 10+ years in the Healthcare IT industry working with clients in the Healthcare sector, specifically Providers, Payers and Pharma.
  • Proven experience in creating and growing a Healthcare practice and the ability to rapidly reinvent service offerings to changing market conditions
  • Demonstrated thought leadership and credentials in the healthcare IT industry particularly in the Cloud, Digital Transformation, Consumer Engagement and Emerging technologies.
